The SQDA and Petitions
Please note that
the SQDA recognizes that Petitions are an easy way to show your support to a
cause, and they do have a part in helping positive changes come about.
HOWEVER THE SQDA BELIEVES THAT THE BEST WAY TO GET A MESSAGE ACROSS IS TO
WRITE A PERSONAL LETTER TO YOUR M.P. OR TO THE PERTINENT GOVERNMENT OR
MUNICIPAL OFFICIAL RESPONSIBLE FOR WHATEVER SUBJECT MATTER YOU ARE
ADDRESSING.
With that said, here is
the direct link to the list of the:
The Members of the 37th Legislature, 1st
Session (electoral divisions) of the
Quebec National Assembly:

This comprehensive list provides direct links to the
primary Web sites of
Government of Canada departments, agencies and Crown corporations,
as well as links to Web sites maintained by organizations for which various
departments and agencies are responsible.

The following is not an SQDA petition, however the SQDA supports the fact
that something must be done to help stop puppy mills. The SQDA is offering
this link to this particular petition and we do encourage you to visit the
link, read the petition and then make your own decision as to whether you
wish to sign this petition or not or if you would like to write your own
letter. WHATEVER YOU CHOOSE TO DO IS ENTIRELY UP TO YOU, HOWEVER PLEASE DO
SOMETHING TO HELP STOP PUPPY MILLS.
WANT TO
READ UP ON THE SUBJECT FIRST, THEN HERE ARE TWO VERY COMPREHENSIVE WEBSITES
ON THE SUBJECT:

SQDA thanks Jim Willis for having written this and
“no

for sharing this message. The SQDA could not have said it better.
"The Animals' Savior"

I looked at all the caged animals in the
shelter...the cast-offs of human society.
I saw in their eyes love and hope, fear
and dread, sadness and betrayal.
And I was angry.
"God," I said, "this is terrible! Why don't
you do something?"
God was silent for a moment and then
He spoke softly.
"I have done something," He replied.
"I created You."
